The online store collects personal data of the clients processing the purchase. The data include: name of the contact person, name of the company, address of the company, VAT number, e-mail.

The purpose of collecting client’s personal data is to handle the transaction of purchasing the license for the Showtime VR software. Handling the transaction includes issuing invoices for the licenses, maintaining contact with clients during the implementation of the service, including help-desk services, maintaining and improving the software, receiving updates of the software, handling complaints and analysing sales and marketing trends.

The implementation of the purchase requires personal data of the client.

The clients’ personal data is stored during the entire period of implementing the services. In addition, they are stored afterwards for accountancy and tax legal purposes as well as handling complaints.

In the scope of the personal data which requires the client’s consent to collect and handle, the data is stored until the client withdraws the consent. The withdrawal can be expressed at any time at hello@showtimevr.eu.

Third party institutions and persons can access client’s personal data from the Administrators to the extent required to implement the service, including payment services (such as Paypal), accountancy company, shipment company, suppliers of IT services and solutions, sales agents, etc.
